What kind of material will we sell
for you? We sell all types of posters. One-sheets, window cards,
lobby cards, inserts, three-sheets, French posters, British, Australian,
Belgian, Polish and many other types from 1890 to now. We have successful
auctions of all types of posters, even Rock and Roll, Travel and Advertising
posters and other related memorabilia from Comic Books, Original Comic Art,
Pulp Magazines, Big Little Books, Cereal Premiums and more. 3)
How do we sell your material?
Each week we run a 99 cents No Reserve Auction. We do not set reserve
prices for anything in our auctions. We find that reserves result in fewer
participating bidders, and therefore, lower bids which results in less money

4) How to get the best results for
your consignment: We're happy to sell practically any posters you
want to send us, however in order to give you our low consignment rate of
25% on your total sale, we need you to send us a balanced consignment. What
we mean by this is if you send us 300 posters to sell in a single auction,
that the total auction value of your consignment must be $8000 or more and
so we need a balanced consignment. If you want to send 100 posters that will
sell for 99 cents to $15.00 each, you will need to balance that material
with posters that will also sell for $25.00 to $500.00 each. We cannot
accept consignments that do not help us achieve these values as it takes
just as much work to sell a $5.00 poster as it does a $500.00 poster, and if
we only sold $5.00 posters we would be out of business very quickly. We will
take small consignments of valuable posters, but we can't take consignments
of only inexpensive posters worth less than $50.00. 5)
When will we sell your posters and
how will you be paid? When we discuss your consignment, we will
be happy to calendar your auction at that time so you know exactly when your
posters will sell and if you want, you can watch the auction as each item
sells. After the auction ends we will send you a complete list of the
posters that sold and the winning bid. You will be paid for your items 30-45
days after the end of the auction. 6) Why
sell your posters through MoviePosterBid.com Consignments? The
biggest reason is there's no need for you to do any work! We will
sort, photograph, list and sell your posters and then after they are sold we
will package and ship them. You will most likely make just as much money
consigning your posters to us as if you sold them yourself because we'll do
everything for you. You can be laying on the beach in Cancun and you'll be
having fun while we do all the work.. 7) What
if I want to send you 10,000 posters? We're happy to take large
consignments to sell over a long period of time. As long as your consignment
meets our criteria, we have room in our warehouse to hold your large
consignments. We are fully insured and our warehouse is fully secure with burglar
alarms and motion detectors and is monitored 24 hours a day.
