General Information

• We use top quality materials for shipping our packages so that they are secure, insuring that each item we sell arrives safely at it's new destination.. Your Collection !!!
  
  
• For all orders within the United States we ship via Priority Mail. Shipping costs include $3.00 for packaging materials & labor for each package.
  
  
• Orders to all other countries are shipped via First Class Airmail. All packages over 4lbs going to any International destination must go by Priority Mail and are charged exact postage + $3.00 for packaging materials & labor for each package.
  
  
• Insurance: During the last 30 years we have lost less than a handful of packages, however as rare as that may be, it is recommended that you buy insurance if your order is valued at $100.00 or higher. Insurance on any package is just $3.00 for packages valued up to $300.00 and $1.50 each additional $100.00 if desired.
  Packages under $100.00 are Insured Free of Charge
  Also note: We are not responsible for loss or damage to under-insured packages
  
  
• We do not ship by United Parcel Service.
  
  
• We try to make sure all packages are shipped within 7-10 days of reciept of payment, however we do sometimes take a little longer depending on the weekly workload of preparing & shipping hundreds of auctions each week.
  
  
• Occasionally we travel to buy collections & frequently these are unexpected trips. In these cases we try to inform our customers about any delays
  
  
• Successful bidders please have payment in my hands within 7 days. Bidders who take too long to pay only complicate our work here and your membership on MoviePosterBid.com could be in jeopardy if you do not pay for your auctions.
  
  

Pay & Hold to Merge Auctions & Save Money on Shipping Costs

• We do offer a "Pay & Hold" program for regular auction bidders. We are happy to combine several week's worth of auctions into one package to save you shipping costs.
  
  
• All we ask is that you pay for your poster wins each week after which your wins will be placed on a hold shelf until you request us to ship them to you. Once you ask us to ship your auctions, they will be packaged and you will recieve a shipping quote.
